2. Services Description

Results Smart provides AI-powered business communication and lead capture systems, including but not limited to: missed call text-back, AI chat assistants, automated follow-up, and Smart Sales System tools (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Service Plans and Payment

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan. Plans are billed monthly and require a one-time setup fee as described on our pricing page. There are no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services to send spam, engage in deceptive practices, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Results Smart and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Results Smart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

SMS Terms

Results Smart

• By opting in to receive SMS messages from Results Smart, you may receive messages related to customer inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up communications, service updates, account notifications, and customer service communications.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 580-403-3717. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@resultssmart.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 2 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
